Where are you located?
We are located in Montmorency, Melbourne, Australia and offer pick up. We also offer express postage Australia wide.
Do you offer postage?
Yes, we offer express postage Australia wide via Australia Post at an additional cost.
How much does postage cost?
Express postage starts at $15 and increases depending on item weight.
How long does postage take?
You can choose your express post dispatch date in your cart. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee delivery dates. Please view the Australia Post website for a rough estimate depending on your location, and always give a buffer if you can. We can't be held responsible for any postage delays.
Will the cookies get damaged during postage?
All cookies are protected with bubble wrap when posted. Unfortunately, once shipped, we can no longer look after them, so postage is at your own risk. We don't offer refunds for damaged cookies due to postage handling. You're welcome to order extra cookies to avoid disappointment.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking information.
Ordering Process
How far in advance should I make an order?
As soon as possible! Some dates fill up faster than others, and if your request requires custom stamps, we will need the time to source them. At a minimum, please give 3-4 weeks' notice for a custom order. Website packs require at least 1 weeks' notice, unless sold out.
Do you have a minimum order?
We have a minimum of 20 cookies for custom orders. This includes a minimum of 5 of each design. Our website range has a minimum of 6 cookies, excluding gift packs and party favours.
Do you have a price list?
Yes, please view our Price List. Our pricing varies a lot depending on a number of factors, so you're welcome to complete the custom order form for a more exact quote.
How do I place an order?
If the cookies you require are available on our website, place an order here! If not, please complete a custom order form and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please make sure you let us know quantity, date required, theme, colour scheme and if you require postage.
How much do I need to pay when ordering?
For custom orders, we request a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your spot. This also covers expenses related to sourcing ingredients, stamps etc. The remainder must be paid 14 days prior to pick up or dispatch. Website orders are to be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Shelf Life, Storage and Ingredients
How long do the cookies last?
All cookies are heat sealed in clear plastic packaging and will remain fresh for 4 weeks. Once opened, cookies are best consumed within 24 hours. If they aren't sealed in packaging, they can be kept in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
How should I store my cookies?
Store cookies in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not store them in the fridge.
What flavour are the cookies?
We make vanilla sugar cookies with fondant! We can also accommodate custom requests for chocolate sugar cookies.
Do you offer allergy-friendly cookies?
Unfortunately, no. Our cookies contain milk, egg and wheat products. They are also prepared in a home kitchen, so traces of other allergens may be found.
What are the ingredients?
Cookie (63%) Wheat flour, unsalted butter (milk), white sugar, egg, vanilla extract. Fondant (37%) Sugar, glucose (preservative 220), water, vegetable fats and oils (emulsifiers 322 soy, 492), maize starch, vegetable gum (413), natural flavour, colour (171), preservative (202), acidity regulator (260), antioxidants (307b soy).
Depending on design, ingredients may also include but are not limited to the use of colouring gels, sprinkles and edible appliques.
