Website orders are confirmed once full payment has been received.
Custom orders are confirmed once a deposit has been paid. We require a non-refundable 25% deposit at the time of booking, and full payment must be made 14 days prior to the agreed pick up or dispatch date. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the specified due date will result in your order being cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded.
We are unable to accommodate alterations within 14 days of the agreed pick up or dispatch date. If you have an alteration before this date, please get in touch and we can discuss what's possible.

DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS
We take full care when handling your cookies and do everything in our power to prevent the possibility of any damages. Once they have been picked up or dispatched, we do not take responsibility for damages including postage handling. On top of this, we do not take responsibility for postal delays or lost packages - postage is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to use photos of our creations across our social media accounts for marketing purposes. If you don't want us to share your cookies, this must be specified at the time of placing the order.
We do not offer refunds due to the nature of our products. All cookies are baked fresh and are custom made for each individual order. If you have any concerns, please contact us.
While we take all precautions to ensure cross-contamination
does not occur, our products are prepared in a kitchen that may contain or come in contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy and other allergens. You agree to this risk and to not hold us responsible for any allergic reactions.
